2011 Madz Et AL Festival "Latina Americana"
Annually, the Philippine Madrigal Singers organizes the MADZ ET AL Choral Festival at the PHILAM LIFE THEATRE in Manila. This year, the event will be staged for 4 consecutive weekends with a total of 8 concerts (November 19, 20, 26, 27 and December 3, 4, 10, 11). The festival will feature over 50 Filipino Choral groups, directed by present members and alumni of the Philippine Madrigal Singers.
Coming from our recently concluded Grand American tour, this year’s festival is titled “LATINA AMERICANA”, featuring choral works from Latin America.
The sheer amount of talent that drives this year’s exploration of Latin American style and substance is sure to be worth the P300 ticket price, for each of the eight wonderful nights it runs.
