Today, I came across a tutorial video from Youtube telling me how to earn extra income by just running the software from my computer. I’ve been using internet for long time now and I have encountered lots of negative situations like being compromised by viruses, etc. so some questions came in mind; is this legit? do they really pay? how long? how much? after installing their software, will my system compromised? are my personal staff in my computer safe? So I researched.

So what is Gomez PEER Zone?

Gomez Peer Zone is basically a subsidiary of Compuware Gomez which was established in 1997 and has a decent BBB rating (if that holds a lot of weight with you). This is important to note because it goes to show you this company has been around and established. It’s not in beta!

In any event, companies hire the Gomez group to run tests on their website’s performance. This helps business owners identify network bottlenecks and any performance problems that can basically affect user experience and thus their money. The type of things they test is how website performs depending on the type of connection (Dial-up, DSL, Cable, etc), browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc), number of users, etc. It’s not practical for Gomez to buy multiple computers and trying to replicate real world usage and scenarios.

So instead they get folks like you and I to join their PEER community and they tap into your computer to run these tests and get the data they need. Are you now wondering how this is all done?

If a visitor checks out your website and experience: 1. confusion, 2. some call to action not clear, then you fail the 10 second. No matter how much link juice you give, your bounce off rate is so bad. What this means is people don’t care what you know, this site is all about you, it has nothing to do with the visitor.

• Who is target market? (know your top competitor)
• What is their irrational desire? (study AXE effect commercial on you tube)
• What is your irresistible offer? ( if you don’t have one, then your site is resistible)

Until you answer this question, and if it is not clear, no matter how many traffic you drive to your site, it is just waste of your time and money.

What are you really selling? if the visitor can not see it clearly within 10 seconds, then you are missing the boat.

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Francis Tolentino, confirmed that The Bourne Legacy will be shooting in Metro Manila for a month. Tolentino enumerated the following locations: Intramuros, Navotas Fishport, Marikina City Market, San Andres Market, Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard, Ayala Avenue, Nagtahan, Pasay Taft, and Jones Bridge. The movie stars Jeremy Renner, Edward Norton, and Rachel Weisz.

As detailed in the letter, the following streets would be closed for The Bourne Legacy shoots on the dates indicated:

• Portions of San Andres St. from January 11 to 15
• J. Bocobo corner Remedios streets, January 18 and 19
• Leveriza Street, from Balingkit to San Andres, January 15
• San Andres corner Quirino and Taft Avenue, January 14
• Riverside Road, Real and Sta. Lucia Streets in Intramuros, January 25 and February 17 and 18

Some important notes:

The list of countries above won’t let you need a visa BEFORE your arrival. Doesn’t mean you won’t need one forever. I just listed the allowed days just like when you’re going to SG for example, you may visit the place until the allotted days without a visa. You can also extend your stay but you have to comply with their visa requirement – that’s the time you have to secure a visa or permit depending on your purpose (work, business, study, etc)

The other countries require a visa upon arrival. It’s usually done at the port of entry or at the immigration bureau of that country. They usually ask you about your purpose of visit/travel and check your documents like your passport (which must be at least 6 months valid from the date of expiry), valid IDs (when I say valid it means it’s not expired and is accepted by all government offices), return tickets, and money. They usually require you to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay. Some strict countries checkpoint authorities require documents such as employment letter, hotel reservations, personal invitation, permit to travel and the like. They have the authority to refuse your entry if you fail to comply with them.
