Penology in the country has always been equated with crime and punishment. Or crime plus punishment equals rehabilitation and reformation. But it can also mean crime plus punishment plus rehabilitation equals prison management.
At the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) here in the Philipipnes, the approach to rehabilitation is discipline, physical fitness, dismantling of the culture of corruption and preemptive decongestion. It is a concept that views behavioral change and culture in the microcosm of a sick society, which is, the jail.
Watch the CPDRC inmates at practice! This is not the final routine, and definitely not a punishment! just a teaser.

But do you believe that there is in real life “two heads” living in this world? At first, i don’t believe that it’s possible as I can only see it on television or in movies.
Yes they are born connected in one body, but they have separate internal organs like heart that beat as one? And speaking of hearts, do they feel the same towards their lovers? Unfortunately some are born “two-heads” but has single internal organs that will support them or abnormal complications which results to loss or death.
Well, i haven’t met personally this type of creature whether it be human or animals. Maybe if given a chance, i will add their answers into this blog later. For the mean time, view some of the “two head” living creatures that are living and exist in this world.

Balut has been the “shocking” topic of some television shows because of its taboo nature in some Western cultures.
